Very visually appealing Josh - looks like glogster is working for you that is great.
A few things to improve though. When talking about the causes you may want to relate these more to the process - how does blocked arteries cause chest pain. What is the process that results in the pain? As well - you have some pictures (which is great) but I am uncertain of the relevancy, they seem to just be filler, make sure that all your pictures have a purpose, a reason why they are there - so perhaps you should have captions or a description of them.
