Justin - This is a pretty broad topic to cover, I hope you learned something, it appears from you information that you most likely did! Which is the point of the project.
Some things where you could improve would be in the area of treatment - I would have liked some more info on some specific types of treatments - perhaps relating them to the many causes of low blood pressure. As well, you may want to elaborate on a few of the causes (things like endocarditis - do you know what this is? Or why it causes low blood pressure?). One last thing - the graph you have seems to be out of place there is nothing explaining what it is and I am not sure of the relevance of it. Overall - not bad, but perhaps a little visually boring.
