Be careful when you are listing causes - what you actually have here are the methods of transmission. There is only one cause and that is the virus that infects the helper T cells. Your explanation of the biological process and the stages is great.. Next time you may want to find a video to help so that there is less to read, as well, a video may display what you have written in a visual, and perhaps more understandable, way. One last thing - make sure that all your pictures have some sort of caption explaining what they are. The picture of the person's back is confusing - I am not quite sure what I am looking at.
